With the popularity of the Internet and “listening to books”,Internet radio is ushering in a new era of vigorous development.Especially for children,Internet radio has broken the linear transmission mode of traditional broadcasting.The content production mode of PGC+UGC has changed the “audience” to “user”,and the integration of “convergence” and“narrowcast” concepts for children.Listening to audio content opens the door to a new world.The Himalayan FM platform has an active user base of 450 million,network hosts total of over 5 million,and an average daily listening time of 128 minutes.It has become the first audio platform of China,and its children's channel has won the majority of users for high quality content and good user experience.With the continuous upgrading of the network environment and the arrival of the era of information fragmentation,people's attention has become more dispersed and the user groups of Internet radio stations reflects new features which are different from other media users.In this context,the Himalayan FM Children's Channel wants to win more users.It must focus on the needs of users,change operational thinking,and constantly improve users experience.In this article,The content-analysis method and case-by-case analysis method are used to conduct specific research on the content presentation and production,the creation of content products,and the improvement of content experience of the Himalayan FM Children's Channel.It is found that the Himalayan FM Children's Channel has its own outstanding advantages in the process of content dissemination.First of all,Pug's convergent production incorporates the concepts of "following" and "Narrow casting" to adapt the children's special aesthetic and different usage scenarios needs.Secondly,the sound content is made as sound products to realize the value-added of channel content by stars value effect,IP effect,audio +smart hardware,knowledge payment and other forms;Finally,it maintains users by the online and offline O2 O mode,fully mobilizes user participation enthusiasm and promotesbrand communication through online interaction and offline activities.However,the author also finds some problems in the research of the Himalayan FM Children's Channel.For example,the contents of the PUGC content production model are uneven;the interactive feedback mechanism is not perfect;It lacks personalized users content.The author attempts to give the following optimization strategies,such as training professional children anchor,improving the operating mechanism,and achieving full interaction through multiple channels,relying on big data to achieve channel content customization.In this way,the Himalayan FM children's channel can be sustainable development.
