Three-dimensional printing technology is a rapid prototyping technology,which has the advantages of high forming speed,low cost,various forming materials and large size.It has a wide range of applications in the mold manufacturing,medical,construction industry,consumer goods industry and other fields.With the rapid increasing demand for rapid manufacturing technology,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research of 3D printers.Firstly,the principle of three-dimensional printing based on droplet ejection and the working process of three-dimensional forming are analyzed.The main technical parameters of the three-dimensional printer is also clarified,Combining with the mechanical structure of three-dimensional printing system and control system requirements,the overall program is designed.Secondly,based on the modular design idea,according to the three-dimensional printer function requirements,the mechanical structure of three-dimensional printing is designed.Besides,based on the droplet ejection principle of color inkjet printer,the three-dimensional printer powder structure and movement mechanism are designed and studied.Then,according to the mechanical structure and working principle of the three-dimensional printer,the research and development of the three-dimensional printer control system are carried out.The single-chip microcomputer of Arduino MEGA 2560 is used as the motion control platform to carry out the hardware circuit design of the three-dimensional printing control system,which mainly includes the movement of the shaft circuit and switch components control circuit.Aiming at the movement requirement of the Z-axis lifting mechanism of the three-dimensional printer,a reasonable control strategy andmethod are proposed to improve the synchronization of the biaxial motion.According to the three-dimensional molding requirements,the communication software of control system in uper and lower computer is developed to achieve automatic printing of executive mechanism of three-dimensional printer.Finally,the performance of spray solution and powder material of the three-dimensional printer is analyzed and the printing molding powder material is collocated.The forming technological parameter on three-dimensional printer is optimized and the three-dimensional forming experiment is carried out.the three-dimensional printer which is studied in this thesis has the ability of rapid forming and can print out a certain precision parts through the verifying of forming experiment.
