| Additive Manufacturing or "3D Printing" is becoming more common around the world, covering almost the entire mechanical field. The basic technique of 3D Printing is to convert a 3D model designed by a Computer-Aided Design program(CAD)or other method into an SLT file format, which divides the 3D model into several parts by a Computer-Aided Manufacturing program(CAM),and then send it to the 3D printer to be printed on a per layer basis 3D printing uses a lot of technology, printing requires a variety of materials and processes. This paper presents the process of manufacturing a 3D printers using fused filament fabrication(FFF)or Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)and attempts to manufacture its Delta 3Dprinter using simple and inexpensive materials. When the first study was processed, the best design was selected and modified. The main body of the machine is then built with wood and steel, fixtures, electrical conductivity and mechanical programming to produce a 3D object. There is a slight improvement and a place on the edge, which completes the printing process. It takes a lot of equipment to make a 3D printer, such as different types of motors, motor drives, liquid crystal display control panels, end files, microcontrollers.Arduino equipment was selected, which is a new device developed in 2005 and is differentiated by different characteristics. Many Computer-Aided Design programs(CAD)programs,Computer-Aided Manufacturing(CAM)programs, and firmware programs are used to make printers, and this study compares them in different ways, and describes the procedures that are appropriate for each printer and the results available. |
