Research On The Construction Of Usability Evaluation Index System For Text Type MUGC

With the popularity of the mobile internet in the world,the users of MUGC have increased dramatically and contributed more diversified content.The convenience and universality of mobile Internet have lower the threshold of UGC,and it directly affectsthe qualityof information and customer use.Thus the usability of the information is reduced.Based on this situation,this paper introduces the concept of usability in Ergonomics and undertakes evaluation onMUGC of text type under the currentmobile Internet environment,and thenthe evaluating index system of usability evaluation indexes for MUGC is designed.The research results of this papermay providedirect reference for network supervision on the MUGC of text type and helps supervisor to solve thegroundless and unsolvable problem that occurred in practice.At the same time,the results can evaluate the existing MUGC of text typeplatforms in the market.Besides,it offersthe users decision basisto obtain high usability evaluation indexes for MUGC.The analysis processis as follows:First,this paper constructsMUGC usability evaluation index model starting fromMUGC of text type user's experience,which is based oninvestigating and analyzing the concept characteristic,quality evaluation and the document of mobile UGC and combining the mobile UGC's current applications and its application features.Second,the author usesexploratory factor analysis to do further refinements andanalysis for the initial model by collecting large amounts of sampledata.Finally,through confirmatory factor analysis,the conceptual model for the index is constructed and tested.The author also studies the effects of different indexes and constructs effective mobile UGC usability evaluation indexes combined with path coefficient.This study has carried out new beneficial explorations and supplements on the empirical exploration and validation of text-based mobile UGC usability evaluation indicators and the construction of evaluation index systems,and has achieved some research results,both in theory and in practice.
