Research On Risk Management Of IPv6 Operation Upgrade

With the development of the economy,the network television industry has developed rapidly.Compared with the early twenty-first Century,the number and construction of the network TV in China has achieved rapid growth.The initiative is changed from the initial passive and lack of planned management to the project stage.In the perspective of managers,they want to be able to manage the next-generation Internet(later called IPv6)network TV operation upgrading project,the management level is more specialized,in order to ensure the realization of the project goal,continuously improve the level of project construction,and improve the management level of the IPv6 project.In order to provide more professional and high-quality service to the customer,the manager should take technology,method and only as the next step to attack the target,research project management related forces,grasp the law of the project,and better meet the market demand.This paper takes the IPv6 operation and upgrading project risk management as the research object,studies the technology and application methods involved in each process,analyzes and discusses the specific process of project risk management,and analyzes and explores the basic concept of risk based on the risk basic management theory.A variety of problems will be encountered during the management of the IPv6 operation and upgrading project,which is normal,because the project is characterized by high investment and high risk.The purpose of this paper is to study the practical application of IPv6 operation and upgrading projects.Based on the related basic theory,the practical application related suggestions are put forward in combination with the characteristics of the project and the environment.At the same time,the article compares the different technologies and methods,chooses the different conditions,and predicts and identifies the risk factors in the IPv6 operation and upgrading project.Based on the risk management theory,this paper sums up the risk control methods and experiences,and puts forward the effective suggestions to manage the risk of the IPv6 operation upgrading project.
