With the development of science and technology,modern industrial automated production processes need to identify various parts,read tag codes,and monitor industrial sites.However,these tasks that require high efficiency,long-term monitoring,and mechanical tasks are not suitable for manual operations.It is difficult for artificial vision to meet the needs of social production,so machine vision has emerged.Because machine vision systems have high accuracy,high automation,ability to perform measurement and judgment tasks,and to avoid the risk of manual operations in hazardous work environments,machine vision systems are gradually applied to various industrial automation production.Image acquisition and processing is an important technology core in machine vision and an indispensable part of machine vision.Selecting the Zynq's PL side(essentially an FPGA)to implement the interface driver circuit and data acquisition,using its hardware's inherent fast features,can greatly improve the system's throughput and computational performance.Taking the spot detection as an example,the method and process of image processing software and hardware cooperation based on Zynq are described.Spot detection,as one of the main contents of machine vision,is the preprocessing of image processing such as feature generation and recognition.It is widely used in automated industrial production such as the detection of fixed parts,screws and gaskets,cutting,and drilling.No detection,etc.The Zynq-7000 series uses an ARM+FPGA architecture,giving full play to the advantages of both,high performance and low power consumption,and can be flexibly expanded.Focusing on the Zynq-based sensor interface logic optimization design and image processing technology,this article mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Based on the Zynq's PL side to achieve image sensor interface logic function module optimization design: After the image sensor image acquisition,through the Zynq's PL side interface logic drive.In order to achieve a more reasonable and functional design of functional modules,the functional modules need to be optimized;(2)Perfect the trigger control interface in the interface logic circuit to realize external untimed triggering;(3)Realize hardware acceleration of the preprocessing part of the speckle detection,and complete the hardware design of hardware/software co-design,mainly including: preprocessingbased on HLS,functional simulation of preprocessing module based on Opencv,configuration,compiling and debugging of preprocessing design.system integration;(4)Realize some software image processing in the spot detection,and complete the software design in software and hardware collaborative design,mainly including: obtaining the second-order Gaussian template,performing convolution operation,and determining the spot.
