The application and development of smart cameras can overcome various limitations of manual detection,such as slow detection speed and easy operation errors.Moreover,smart cameras have a wide range of applications for visual inspection,and can design specific image detection algorithms for different detection environments or detection contents.The image processing tool is a module mainly relies on the detection function of the smart camera,the image processing tool can be used to detect specific environments?specific content to meet various practical needs.This paper mainly uses the Zynq-7000 development platform and computer image processing technology to design and implement the histogram processing tool and geometry tool of the smart camera.The image processing tool component is designed to meet the needs of practical applications.The main research work of this paper includes the following:(1)For the application of smart camera that needs to enlarge the detection target detail information,the research realizes the smart camera histogram tool,which mainly includes image histogram design image equalization algorithm for image detail enlargement and image threshold segmentation algorithm for image binarization.Morever,function and function verification of the histogram tool are taken on the PC and the ZC702 development platform;(2)For the common geometric detection in the smart camera application scene,design the line,circle,ellipse and irregular object detection suitable for the smart camera,realize the geometric quantity measurement of the image geometry based on the shape detection and recognition,and verifiy the functional of the histogram tool on the PC and the ZC702 development platform;(3)When designing the experimental verification mode on the ZC702 experimental platform,design the parameter configuration file of the smart camera execution function,the design parameter configuration system mode and the parameter node variable setting;(4)Based on the detection experiment of the gasket parts,verify the image processing tool of the smart camera on the ARM processor of the Zynq-7000 embedded platform of Xilinx,and analyze the processing effect in the actual application scene to verify its application and handling stability.Experiments show that the threshold segmentation algorithm in the smart camera histogram tool can effectively separate the target and background in their respective applicable scenarios.The image histogram equalization algorithm can enlarge the local details of the image and highlight the texture features,which limits the contrast histogram equalization.It can highlight the texture features and suppress the introduction of noise.In addition,the geometric detection function in the smart camera geometry detection tool can accurately identify the geometric target in the actual application scene and detect the geometric quantity information.The irregular object detection can also be determined.Irregular object position and estimate its length and width.
