In recent years,the application field of radar is expanding.It is not only widely used in military,but also in civil field.With the emergence of unmanned aerial vehicles,unmanned vehicles,wearable devices and other new technologies,higher requirements have been put forward for the size,weight and power of radar.Therefore,the research of miniaturized radar system based on single chip with high integration,high performance,low power consumption and low cost has become an urgent task.It is very important.This thesis is precisely written under such background,the research achievement obtained has:(1)Pulse Doppler radar is the most basic coherent radar for target detection at present.Firstly,the theoretical deduction of digital down conversion,pulse compression,moving target detection and velocity ambiguity are discussed emphatically based on the basic principle of pulse Doppler radar.Combined with the engineering practice,an algorithm for pulse compression,moving target detection and velocity ambiguity which can be realized in engineering is proposed.(2)This thesis analyzes the architecture of the traditional radar signal processing hardware platform,it is compared with the new radar signal processing platform based on single So C from the aspects of realization difficulty,power consumption analysis,cost and integration level.Then this thesis studies the hardware design of embedded platform based on Zynq So C and the design of radar signal processing circuit based on XC7Z045FFG900-2 is accomplished from the power supply,clock and peripheral circuit.(3)In view of the requirement of integrated programming,the thesis studies the design method of FPGA based on C/C++ and realizes the unified development of ARM and FPGA.On this basis,the working scene of pulse Doppler radar is constructed by Matlab.The algorithm of pulse Doppler radar signal processing is completed from three aspects of software realization,hardware acceleration and system optimization based on SDSo C integrated development environment and developed radar signal processing embedded platform.As a contrast,the thesis uses Matlab to achieve the same moving target detection algorithm and compared to the performance of single chip radar signal processing platform from the calculation accuracy,real-time and other aspects.(4)At the end,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed from the shortcomings of the existing work.
