Visual monitoring technology is an important research area in modern IT technology, it is of great significance and a wide range of practical value. In the areas of the peoples'live and work, national defense, transportation and other fields, it is playing an increasingly important role. With the development of information technology, modern warfare has changed dramatically. At the same time, the accurate supplyment, visual logistics, rapid protection have already replaced the traditional logistics in military logistics.In this thesis, a large number of releted works of both national and abroad are refered to and communications and material technology of automatic identification logo program are analyzed firstly, then the overview of the visualization system of transport military supplies and transportation and the details of the design of the position tracking system are given. By comparing the global positioning system (GPS) with the double-star positioning, wireless communications, satellite communications and global system for mobile communications (GSM), the solutions are as follows:GPS is selected as the positioning means, GSM as the way of communication, geographic information systems (GIS) as the display tools, and an all-weather satellite positioning, digital map display and real-time tracking of transit transport platform positioning tracking system is designed and developed. It will send the dynamic location (longitude, latitude), real-time status information of moving target to the monitoring center. Thus the trajectory of the moving target can be tracked on the electronic map with the function of geographic information inquiry, and the position, velocity, direction, vehicle status and other information of the target can be monitored and queried to provide an important protection for visual monitoring.This thesis focuses on the use of two-dimension bar code technology and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to read and write electronic tags on containers, arm materials and other materials in the loading and unloading process, which is transmitted to material attempter and control department to realize the visual monitoring on transit nodes in transporting process of materials. Maneuvering target tracking algorithm is presented based on moving carrier current statistical model. Simulation experiments are conducted to compare the effect of Maneuvering target tracking algorithm based on current statistical model (MTC) algorithm with an improved maneuvering target tracking algorithm based on current statistical model (IMTC) algorithm, it resolves the conflict between maneuvering target location information change and filter vapidities. In order to transmit information security, the thesis also uses the Advanced Encryption Standard for the transmission of data encryption, to enhance the confidentiality of their information.
