The so-called integrated military transport, is the railways, waterways, highways, aviation and other modes of transport co-ordination with each other, combining to connect through, a reasonable distribution of traffic complex. Integrated transport science is the most important research content of military transport, which is studying the collaboration and coordination of transport on the whole. As the integrated military transport is the turn of the mode of transport for the sub-objective on the transport requirements of the convergence process closely, the organization plans to give full play to kinds of requirements on the mode of transport advantages, a high degree of coordination and cooperation, giving play to the overall performance in order to arrive reasonable, fast, economical. As a result, research and exploration of an integrated transport not only in theory is of great significance, but also for the practice of military transport organizations have an important value.In this paper, the research focus on integrated military transport optimization program, and draw in the light of the previous research based on the system using a scientific point of view and methods of use of discrete mathematics, theory of random, fuzzy theory, the theory of optimization and simulation and other related Academic theory and methods, in-depth analysis of the military model of an integrated transport network and related design model algorithm. Its objective is to make the model to meet actual wartime situations, solve the railways, waterways, highways and aviation joint program of optimization problems, to meet military transport needs and to provide guidance to non-military state of emergency in the area of transportation. The main contents of the study include the following:1.Military transport system combined with the actual situation, analyze the characteristics of military transport and the characteristics of the mode of transport, selected from the transport program, the core of decision-making factor.2.
