With the rapid growth of customs duties,customs of goods is no longer regulated in a centralized manner as in the traditional mode.It needs to be circulated at different checkpoints,bonded areas and regulatory zones.Inspected and sealed Container are not effectively supervised during the transfer process,smuggling happens during transit,people counterfeit seals to cover up the criminal activity.In addition,oil,grain and other bulk cargo in transit also exist through the same means of stealing or replacement behavior.Aiming at the defects of the traditional seal,this paper proposes an RFID electronic lock and its application system based on active RFID technology.The RFID electronic lock is authenticated by its built-in SHA-1 encryption algorithm module,and remote lock-off was achieved by its motor driven structure,meanwhile supporting electronic keys and handheld terminals and other operating modes.Initially,this thesis analyzes the overall scheme and requirement of RFID electronic lock.At the same time,it studies the embedded low-power technology and electronic lock data communication protocol,then proposes a Electronic lo ck design in combination of 125 k Hz low-frequency wake-up and 2.45 GHz data communication.Secondly,this thesis designs the hardware and software for the RFID electronic lock.In the hardware design section,after analyze the hardware configuration of the electronic lock and the electronic key,proposal circuit design of processor control,motor control,125 k Hz wireless wake-up signal sending and receiving,2.45 GHz wireless communication,authentication,data storage and other.In the part of embedded software design,after analyzes the software functions of electronic lock and key,this paper presents the main program flow chart of them,as well as motor drive,data storage,125 Khz sign al sending and receiving,2.45 GHz communication and command analysis,interrupt service routines and other software modules.Finally,this paper give testing method to test the reliability of electronic lock,test data show that the subject of electronic lock has good reliability and practicality,which can effectively replace the traditional seal lock.The electronic lock-up in this project can effectively curb the criminal activities that are blocked by counterfeit seals,and also change the mode of man ual operation and recording by the Customs on the sealing and releasing operations of customs clearance goods.The sealing data are automatically recorded and can be accessed to the customs relevant information system to solve the bottleneck of the front-end data acquisition of the entire business process information construction of the customs.
