In the wireless ubiquitous environment,users can enjoy wireless businesses of various forms through kinds of smart terminals anytime and anywhere.These businesses are characterized by ubiquity,heterogeneity and dynamicity.Among them,business dynamics often hide some laws which are worth exploring.At the same time,the needs of wireless businesses are characterized by explosiveness,massiveness and diversity.As a result,the upgrade of network hardware has far from satisfying the business experience requirements of users.For this reason,it is necessary to analyze and model the hidden laws behind the dynamic nature of wireless businesses and optimize the wireless businesses to solve the problems of excessive server load and insufficient network bandwidth.Therefore,this paper will proceed from the wireless ubiquitous environment and use the data samples of VOD business to conduct business dynamic model and optimize the wireless businesses.The main work is as follows:Firstly.Outline the research background and significance of this topic.At the beginning,the basic concepts and research status of wireless ubiquitous environments are described.The characteristics of wireless ubiquitous environments are further classified and introduced and CDN technical scenarios and related technical characteristics are introduced.Then,in the context of CDN scenarios in the wireless ubiquitous environment,the paper separately introduces the domestic and foreign researchers who have done business dynamic modeling and businesses optimization.Then,it analyses the existing models and the lack of optimization solutions.This leads to the research ideas and content of this chapter.Secondly,propose dynamic models and optimization algorithms for VOD businesses.The daily amount of access of businesses in the VOD system under the CDN scenario is modeled and the allocation scheme of the video businesses in the CDN cache server is optimized in order to carry the largest amount of access.First,considering the two factors of video: video scores and release time,daily amount of access of the video probability model based on video scores and release time is established.Further,this chapter establishes a binary function relationship between model parameters and the two factors.Then,on the basis of the above-mentioned dynamic model,a double-layer optimization algorithm based on the 0-1 knapsack algorithm for video service allocation and downloading is proposed.This algorithm is used to obtain an optimal video spatial allocation scheme for the CDN cache server.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the dynamic model and business optimization algorithms for VOD business in this chapter.Thirdly,propose dynamic models and optimization algorithms for VOD businesses.The access duration of businesses in the VOD system under the CDN scenario is modeled and the allocation scheme of the video businesses in the CDN cache server is optimized in order to carry the longest access duration.First,considering the two factors of video: video scores and the amount of interaction,access duration of the video probability model based on video scores and the amount of interaction is established.Further,this chapter establishes a binary function relationship between model parameters and the two factors.Then,a probability distribution model for the total duration of users accessing a video in a day is deduced from a business access duration model and a business access quantity model.On this basis,a double-layer optimization algorithm based on the linear programming algorithm for video service allocation and downloading is proposed.This algorithm is used to obtain an optimal video spatial allocation scheme for the CDN cache server.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the dynamic model and business optimization algorithms for VOD business in this chapter.Finally,a summary of the full paper and future research directions are given.
