With the development of computer and network technology, especially in the case that the application of Internet is popular day-by-day, more and more commercial organizations expand their business in a world-wide field. In order to fit in with the intense competition in the dynamic market, many business companies have started to construct their professional business processes and provide them for their partners as a public web services on the Internet. Thus the companies must response to various complicated requirement of customers as soon as possible. So it requires the business process can fit the circumstance quickly, which requires the enterprise to constitutes and uses the new business process quickly and correctly. Strongly stimulated by the requirement of market, business process modeling environment in web services composition now has been as a hotspot research both in academic field and industrial field. And it has also been one of the important methods to realize dynamic business process automatization.This paper intensively analyzed the interrelated technologies in the field of web services composition modeling. The author put forward the solutions to business process modeling circumstance in dynamic web services composition and give a structure of the whole system, based on the colligate study of service composition and the workflow. Besides, this paper analyzed and compared the mainstream business process modeling language for web services, chose BPEL4WS1.1 specification as the describe language of modeling environment's business process modeling, and gave the detailed design and implementation of the modeling environment's core — graphics business process designer of web service(Designer4BPEL). Designer4BPEL sustains graphics definition of business process model for web service and code building, mapping build WSDL document semiautomaticly, verifies and stores the model of business process. To ensure the correctness of processes, the author lucubrated the dynamic syntax test of extend Activity-net's web services business process modeling, brought forward the technical implementation of compassable graph mode test and model transition mode test. Besides, he advanced transition technic for Activity net process model to Workflow net model, designed and implemented a system prototype of model transition. To assure the correctness of the transitionary WF—net, the author also brings forward a suit of method based on the structure block to verify the model.
