In wireless ubiquitous environment, various terminals and various networks coexist. User demands can be satisfied through the intelligent cooperation among terminals and networks. At present, user Quality of Experience(QoE) is the core metric of measuring service performance.Therefore, we construct a QoE metric architecture for wireless ubiquitous environment, and propose the corresponding QoE evaluation method and optimization method, which is significant for improving user QoE. The main works are as follows:Firstly, The related researches of wireless ubiquitous environment and QoE are surveyed.Secondly, According to the features of wireless ubiquitous environment, the main affecting factors of QoE are analyzed from four aspects(terminal, network, service and user). A QoE metric architecture for wireless ubiquitous environment is constructed, which is divided into 3 layers: user experience layer, quality indicator layer, performance indicator layer.Thirdly, According to QoE metric architecture, a QoE evaluation method is proposed. In performance indicator layer, the regression equation is formulated by regression analysis and the weight values are determined by three scales FAHP. Then, the corresponding evaluation values are calculated. In quality indicator layer, the weight values of collaborative networks and terminals are determined by the attribute weight analysis to calculate comprehensive evaluation values of terminal performance and network performance. In user experience layer, the fuzzy relationship between present experience and previous experience is constructed. At last, the evaluation value of QoE can be calculated.Finally, Because various networks coexist in wireless ubiquitous environment, the network states can be predicted by using grey prediction model. Furthermore, user QoE can be improved by selecting the best network. Therefore, a QoE optimization method based on the best network selection is proposed.
