With the progress of society and the continuous improvement of the level of industrial automation, remote monitoring technology is also rapidly developing. Many scholars regard the remote monitoring system as the main object of scientific research. The application of remote monitoring systems in daily life is becoming more and more widespread. At present,it has gradually become one of the important technical means for modern management, monitoring, and control. Many companies and companies use the Internet to realize real-time monitoring of remote monitoring system terminals, experiments and adjustment of equipment, detection of equipment failures and remote experiments, and so on,so that companies and companies can keep up with the trend of the times and adapt to the needs of economic globalization. However,at present, the network-based remote monitoring system lacks ergonomic design and does not comply with ergonomic principles. Therefore, more and more people engaged in remote monitoring work have uncomfortable phenomena on the neck, shoulders, eyes, waist, upper back, buttocks and so on.Based on this,in this paper, the ergonomic principle is applied to the remote Monitoring system design optimizes the relationship between monitoring personnel, remote monitoring systems and remote monitoring work environment. While improving the comfort of the monitoring personnel,it can also improve the work efficiency of monitoring personnel and enhance the "people-oriented" design concept. This article stands at the ergonomics point of view, takes the DK company's remote monitoring system as the research object, takes the ergonomics as the theoretical basis, and uses the simulation software Jack as the research tool to perform the ergonomic analysis of the remote monitoring system. In the research of this paper, the remote monitoring console will be modeled and simulated as the research subject, supplemented by the ergonomic evaluation of the working environment of the remote monitoring system. In the research of the remote monitoring console, based on the theory of ergonomics,Jack, the simulation software, was used as a research tool to establish a digital person to analyzethe work comfort of the digital person in the monitored state, analysis of the lower back force, and visualization.Sex analysis to model and simulate the remote monitoring console. For the ergonomics of the working environment of the remote monitoring system, based on the theory of ergonomics, reasonable improvements are proposed. Finally, based on the ergonomic principles, the author proposes improvement opinions on the problems in the analysis results, constructs an ergonomic model for the remote monitoring system, and uses Jack simulation software as a tool to verify the rationality of the model. The purpose is to establish a system that complies with most operations. The staff's remote monitoring system, and put forward reasonable improvement suggestions from the demand, make the operator work more comfortable and healthy.
