Globalization makes manufacturing enterprises face more severe competition,Customers customized production trend makes product demand more complicatedand varied Application of virtual manufacturing technology in the modern enterprise,can effectively the product development cycle, improve the design accuracy. In theprocess of the design of the virtual manufacturing technology, people tend to ignorethe “person”, the important factors in the production. When we design, unreasonablearrangements can cause the rising cost of production and increase the possibility, orbecause the errors in the design make workers cound`t finish some work and delaytime of production. So, this paper combines the virtual manufacturing technology andergonomics, workers is into account in the design of the product in the productioncapacity, safety, health and comfort of operation. Applying ergonomics to increasesthe advantage in the virtual manufacturing technology to save development costs,shorten product development cycle and improve design precision, etc.This paper combines the ergonomics and the virtual manufacturing technology,For the domestic automobile production workshop car roof beams and the back-endplate welding robot workstation design and simulation analysis. Through the analysisof the structure and production characteristics of spot welding robot workstationergonomics theory was applied to the production of spot welding robot workstationlayout and production work arrangement of workers, to improve the safety of workersin production. Using CATIA and DELMIA3d visualization simulation software tosimulate and analysis the spot welding robot workstation. Through the nationalstandard establishment conforms to China`s men`s physical characterstics of thehuman body model. Working of the human body model in the virtual workstationvisibility and accessibility analysis, visibility analysis to ensure the operator in actualwork with good vision, disover the dangers and clear observation componentsinstallation and wekding conditions; accessibility analysis to ensure workers duringthe clamping operation scope of no more than the body of the clamping operation,easy to complete production tasks.Use of DELMIA software in the virtual welding workstation environmentsimulation was carried out on the workers, workers are verifiled through thesimulation analysis of production beats whether can meet the production requirements,actual production rhythm can complete the production plan. At the same time, underthe simulation environment for workers handing, lifting operation is analyzed. Ensureworking strength in workers of competence and won`t cause harm to workers health.By workers in the remaining pieces in different height of rapid upper limbassessment analysis, found that workers in different height lift artifacts body comfortlevels have bigger difference. While present factory to save a frame for the fixedheight, and can`t satisfy the comfort of all workers lifting operation. So, recommend aheight adjustable frame to optimize use tools.
