Wheel hub identification is the key technology in the intelligent manufacturing.In the past,image identification is used to production.If improve the identification rate,it musts increase image acquisition quantity and quality.Accordingly,the processing time is corresponding increase as well.This method affect the production cycle.In the example factory,they raise a question of combination of image identification and intelligent weighting to deal with the lost and inaccuracy in the process of wheel hub identification.The new method improved the accuracy rate and speed,as well as meet the production tempo requirement.Now,this article will demonstrate the detail designs and solutions.Firstly,this paper shows a brief overview of the selected topic background,purpose,and meanings.As well as the situation of wheel hub weighing system both in the domestic and overseas.It focuses on requirements analysis in wheel hub manufacturing,and specifies system design objective and demand.Secondly,based on whole processes(five production units)of wheel hub production and key technology,this article displays general designs and technical routines during the system building.As well as shows system functions.Then,this paper demonstrates detail design for each function including system management,weighing data acquisition,wheel type identification and comparison,Label printing and summary statistics,as well as whole database design.Finally,this system builds based on B/S development and JAVA language and uses Microsoft SQL Server database.It implements data maintenance,data acquisition,data retrieve,as well as comparison and analysisThis system was used for related production line in certain manufacturing to identify wheel hub type.It improves identification accuracy and speed to satisfy the production TAKT.Currently,this system launched well.
