Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology,as one of the key technologies in the Internet of things,is widely used in many fields.The country also lists the RFID technology in the national development strategy.With the improvement of people's living standard,it is a hot issue how to efficiently apply RFID system to different applying environment.Anti-collision algorithm of RFID tags is an important breakthrough for RFID system to adapt to the current tag-intensive environment.This paper focuses on the anti-collision technology of RFID and its application,the improvement of anti-collision algorithm,and the application of RFID technology in tool management system are discussed,the research is Carried out as fellow:(1)In-depth study of existing anti-collision technology,collision types are mainly divided into: Tag collision,reader collision,and Tag and reader collision.Among them,Tag collision is the main research problem in this paper,and four kinds of algorithms of tag anti-collision are introduced.Time Division Multiple Access(TDMA)is simple and widely used in practical applications.The two main kinds of algorithms in TDMA are described in detail: based on binary search tree algorithm and based on ALOHA probability algorithm.The principle of the algorithm is discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of algorithms are analyzed.The performance of the algorithm is simulated by MATLAB.(2)A dynamic frame time slot ALOHA(DFSA)algorithm based on mixed chaotic pseudo random number generator is proposed.The chaotic pseudo-random number generator is introduced to replace the random number generator in the traditional ALOHA algorithm.A new type of pseudorandom generator is constructed by using the characteristics of random number generator.Through simulation experiments,the improved algorithm is superior to the TDFSA and DFSA algorithms in tag's storage,total slot consumption and throughput of RFID system.(3)A tool management scheme based on RFID is proposed,and the overall architecture of the design system is designed.The data of the system are described in detail from two aspects of logical structure and physical structure by using the MySQL database.The upper computer design of the system is completed by Visual studio 2017.
