Abstract/Summary:
The current packaging and printing industry is developing rapidly,solvent-free coating compound machine is an important processing equipment among packaging.Compared with dry coating compound machine,solvent-free coating and laminating working processes has the advantage of efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection,and low production cost.It is the development tendency of coating and laminating industry.But the solvent-free coating research and development in our country at present is lag far behind from other developed countries,its equipment mainly rely on import,so the research technology of domestic solvent-free coating machine has the practical significance.This topic is based on the actual engineering project as the research background.The control system of solvent-free coating compound machine was designed,and it can be realized in engineering.According to design requirements,and deeply analysis solvent-free coated and compound machine performance characteristics,structures and the control system.Tension control is one of the key points in solvent-free coating machine tension control system,its accuracy will directly affect the quality of the product.Based on the research of tension control strategies and the tension control method,established a tension control strategy using AC servo system as the execute core.Via the dynamic Analysis of complex machine winding and unwinding,for tension control system variability,strong coupling and more interference features,the traditional PID controller can not fully meet the technological requirements.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm,and applies to tension control system,build tension control mathematical model.the control model has built and the simulation experiment is made across MATLAB.And compared with the simulation results of conventional PID control algorithm,the results show that fuzzy adaptive PID control can improve the performance of tension control system.According to the needs of tension control system.Select the DVP-15MC11 T multi-axis motion controller as the system control center,using strain gauge load cell to measure size of tension,take the measured tension comparison with the set value.The fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm applies to tension control system,use of double closed-looped control mode implement closed-loop tension control.This paper analyses the solvent-free coating and laminating processing route.According to the overall requirements of the solvent-free compound machine process,making the total control project with AC servo control system as tension execution unit.Using strain gauge load cell as the detector of tension control system,the system control center using DVP-15MC11 T.Then designed the software and hardware of the control system,we made online testing for the function programs.And the results indicate that the operation results are generally consistent with the theoretical analysis results.
