Compound machine is a kind of important processing equipment of packaging industry, relative to the dry compound machine, solvent-free composite with high efficiency, energy saving, safety, environmental protection and other advantages and gradually got the attention of the personage inside course of study. Tension is an important parameter affecting the quality of composite. Through the domestic and international solvent-free laminating machine tension control system research, build tension control mathematical model for the characteristics of tension control system. By MATLAB simulation and experiments, and finally developed with AC servo control system as tension execution unit. Using strain gauge load cell as the detector of tension control system, As the system control center using STM32F103VET6.Based on the overall control scheme system, this paper focuses on the following aspects analyze:First of all, Introduce the concept of solvent-free laminating machine, research the development trend of solvent-free composite device. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the following research, Researched the workflow and tensions generating for composite machine.Secondly, based on the research of tension control strategies and the tension control method, established a tension control strategy using AC servo system as the execute core. Via the dynamic Analysis of complex machine winding and unwinding, for tension control system Variability, Strong coupling and more interference features, application RBF-PID algorithm adjust tension.Again, according to the needs of tension control system, Select the ARM architecture STM32F103VET6 as the system control center, using strain gauge load cell to measure the size of tension, take the measured tension comparison with the set value, than use RBF-PID algorithm control servo system, implement closed-loop tension control.Finally, analysis the abnormal of tension control process may encounter, design user-defined exception handling function, this let the control system more humane. Using ENC28J60 as Ethernet communication hardware device, using Lw IP as Ethernet communication protocol, make the tension control system has a connection to the Internet features, that promote the development of tension control systems in industrial networking direction.
