Research On Quality Management Of X College's Digital Campus Application Software Development Project

Building a digital campus is an inevitable choice for building a first-class vocational college;a practical need for an innovative talent training model;an important means for constructing a scientific management mechanism;and a fundamental guarantee and important content for the promotion of the college's core competitiveness.The completion of this project has enabled the school to fully enter the digital campus,presenting different teaching structures,working methods,lifestyles,campus forms,campus culture,management models and decision support from traditional education.This article takes X campus digital campus software development project as the research object.Due to the large number of subsystems of the software,the project is applied to various secondary schools and secondary colleges related to the school.The need for coordination between them is more complicated.There are both individual requirements and overlapping of services.Therefore,the requirements for software quality are high.In addition to focusing on functional requirements,it is also necessary to comprehensively consider performance,reliability,and other aspects,especially in terms of security,related to the private and related information of teachers and students throughout the school.It has high social sensitivity and must have high security.During the X campus digital campus software development process,due to certain problems in the management and control of process quality,the software failed to meet the required quality,and product delivery also experienced delays,which had a bad influence on users.Through literature research methods,case study methods,inductive synthesis methods,causality diagram methods,etc.,and through the use of common tools in quality management theory-Pareto charts and causal analysis charts,the key to influencing the quality of software products is identified and identified factor.Based on this,based on the guidance of the CMMI theoretical framework,combined with the working methods of PDCA,we initially constructed a set of quality management framework applicable to X campus digital campus software development project,and from quality planning,quality control(including demand management process,software The quality control measures such as design,software review,configuration management,and software testing,and quality assurance processes were put forward in several aspects.From the perspective of project quality management,quality management of the X campus digital campus software development project was implemented.Conducting research and analysis,in-depth discussion of quality management problems existing in the X campus digital campus software development project,analyzing the reasons for the emergence of quality management problems,and put forward the quality management and optimization countermeasures for the X campus digital campus application software development project,so that the project is in demand control,Good results have been achieved in design and implementation,quality assurance,and software testing.The quality of software has been improved to some extent.Products have been delivered on time and can be continuously improved.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it can provide reference for other similar problems existing in the quality management process of campus digital campus software projects.
