3D printing technology is an emerging increasing material manufacturing technology,many people think this is a changing world,"recast" of technology,and said it would trigger a new round of industrial revolution.3D printing technology is increasingly high-speed,precise and accurate,it's different molding technology directly reflects in its process control system.Wherein the fused deposition modeling process control system,the head temperature and wire feeder control is to control one of the main parameters of the process,Only wire with a molten state and stable extrusion speed to ensure application performance and functional model molding precision parts.So the study fused deposition modeling process control system,the head temperature and wire feeder is of great significance.In this paper,specific studies are as follows:Firstly,the type-1 fuzzy sets and type-2 fuzzy sets,type-I LDSs and type-II LDSs,the corresponding computing with words and time-varying universe are introduced.According to type-2 fuzzy set theory domain features,it will be divided into discrete and continuous time-varying domain,and can be divided into discrete or continuous wave,the increment and decrement the time variable universe.Secondly,We discussed the fused deposition modeling technology forming principle,and summarizes the main parameters characterizing the process.Using PID temperature control,fuzzy temperature control and PID-fuzzy temperature in a controlled manner on the nozzle temperature for effective regulation.While taking advantage of the interval type-2 fuzzy set of wire feeder intervene,and the silk conditions is given and the corresponding linguistic dynamic orbits are preliminary analyzed.Thirdly,Designed desktop 3D printer controller.Its composition Arduino-based Mega2560,ATmega2560 microcontroller core processor,with Ramps1.4 + A4988 driver board.Meanwhile,it introduced a 3D print design.To solve the space microgravity environment for the purpose of taking into account the traditional 3D printer design principles,Proposed space environment FDM 3D printing system and its nozzle flow control method and calculation.Last but not least.We carried out experimental design and analysis the wire feeder states.The linguistic dynamic description of the wire feeder states is given and the corresponding linguistic dynamic orbits are preliminary analyzed.While using PID temperature control,fuzzy temperature control in a controlled manner on the nozzle temperature simulation software,and analyzed.
