In China,many small and medium oil depots are in the sparsely populated environment. Because the depot is a high risk environment and the management informatization level is not high,to achieve safe and efficient remote management is of great significance.Topics that were discussed in this depot management system include hardware and software system architecture, packet arbitrating,transmisting and filtting through CAN bus,sensor nodes in access and control technology.In order to establish high precision, adaptive capability, high security network monitoring system, and realize the intellectualized depot management, we discussed the key technology of packet arbitration through the CAN bus based on dynamic priority in detail.First of all, we discussed several common fuel depot management system and analyzed their deficiencies in the information management in detail.Then, we discussed the CAN bus agreement and hardware implementation method,the advantage and the hierarchy extremely communication protocol of the CAN bus,the working principle of SJA1000 controller, and message transmission filtering technology.we also analyzed several messages scheduling techniques in the CAN bus in present.The difference between ARM and X86 processor,the advantage of X86 processor and linux system, the core data processing units on the equipment CAN expand S3C2410 driver, the realization of the principle of work Can SJA1000 controlle and the CAN bus access control method were discussed in detail. Also analyzed the I~2C bus driver , the principle and structure of linux2.6 core and the management of a single sensor tank in I~2C bus.The code of I~2C driver in linux core and the circuit of the I~2C device were also discussed in detailed.Finally,combining the management of the depot, analysing the characteristics of the packets on CAN bus and the format of command information in detail. According to the competition and arbitration technology in CAN bus, Putting forward the method which is how to adjust the priority of the packet when the node acesses the bus in order to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of the system.when more than one ARM development board were connected with the Can bus in the long distance(less than10m),the system can effectively simulate sending and receiving of the information. At the same time, it can effectively guarantee the real-time reliability of the system.The speed of the transmission can reach 1Mb/s.This thesis mainly has the following innovative:(1)We Put forward the can bus implementation scheme based on the ARM and Linux, and use the corresponding software and hardware realized this scheme.(2)Systematically reported the fuel depot management system based on ARM and Linux and the technology about nodes competing bus based on dynamic priority.It is proved that the method is simple, easy implementation, low cost, and high reliability.It can effectively solve the problems in management system.It is easy to upgrade the system to ensure higher standards of communication quality.Because the code of linux core is public to us,the way to upgrade the system to higher standard is more and more easy.
