With the replacement of years,the development of society,the progress of mankind,the innovation of science and technology,and the technologies of all walks of life are constantly being updated,we have entered an information age.Hospitals in the information age will produce qualitative changes from internal management and external services.At the same time,the introduction of computer technology and the creation of network marketing will promote the networking of hospital information In the entire system of the hospital,drugs are special commodities that are indispensable for the normal operation of hospital operations.The management of drugs in hospitals is even more complicated.The variety of drugs,the uncertainty in the quantity of purchases,and the effects are not the same.The drugs required by various departments with different types and quantities,the drug storehouse is a hub for hospital drug administration.It serves as a window for hospital drug procurement and a department that distributes medicines to various departments within the hospital.It plays an indispensable role.The management of drug stores is important for hospitals.Most of the traditional hospital drug store management systems are simple inventories and sales of drugs,which have many problems,mainly reflected in: data resources are difficult to share;business systems are relatively closed,can not be effectively integrated;drug procurement is subject to human factors There is no scientific basis;the system function is not perfect.In order to solve these problems,if the existing system is reconstructed,the capital and labor costs are too high,and the cost cycle is also very long.This system is derived from the project developed by Guilin Aopu Computer Co.,Ltd.,an intern who is internship.Guilin Aopu Computer Co.,Ltd.provides systems and system updates and maintenance for a number of hospitals.The company provides services to customers in 28 provinces and cities..In the early 1990 s,it began to provide system services for hospitals and has been operating online for more than20 years.With the continuous development of the national economy,the popularity of the Internet,and the arrival of big data,the original functions of the system have beenunable to meet the needs of current hospitals,and the needs of many hospitals serving the company's services have been addressed,and new requirements have been analyzed.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes to upgrade the system based on the original system framework.The system adopts the overall framework of the original system's C/S architecture,uses Delphi 7.0 as the development tool,and SQL Server 2008 as the back-end database.In the research and design process,this topic can be described as follows:(1)Upgrade the system on the original system.Because the original system has a single function,the system is based on the original system architecture,and the function of the system is re-integrated.At the same time,the relational database SQL Server 2008 is adopted to ensure Data security.(2)The entire system has a large-capacity and rapid information exchange function,providing a powerful guarantee for managers to obtain the latest,most complete and reliable information at the first time.(3)Intelligent algorithms were added to the procurement business.Through the intelligent prediction of historical data,the accuracy and scientificity of the quantity of drug purchases were strengthened.(4)Increased the system's quick query function,enter the corresponding keyword can quickly query the desired result,compared with the previous manual query,improve the efficiency.The system has been successfully implemented and operationally stable in a number of hospitals in Hezhou.The system not only completed the business in the day-to-day operation and management of hospital drugstores,but also enhanced the accuracy of drug procurement in drug stores,effectively avoiding the phenomenon of drug overstocks or drug shortages caused by too many or too few drug purchases.Not only does it improve functionaly and enhance scalability,but it has a good human-computer interface.It is easy to operate and non-professional computer personnel can skillfully operate the system after brief training.Through practice,the addition of intelligent algorithms to drugs in drug storehouses has greatly reduced the waste rate of drugs in hospital drug storehouses,saved funds,and improved the efficiency of hospital drug store administration.
