At the present stage, with the improvement of people's living standard,the increasingly rich dining table and a variety of food to ensure the quality of people's lives,but also brings to health trouble, thereby increasing the rate of medical treatment. And with the improvement of medical level in our country, automated medical equipment has gradually become the mainstream of medical equipment.In order to directly and accuratly detecte the patient's probability of illness, early predicte the patient's condition and treatment, this paper puts forward a method that use the green fluorescent protein(GFP) as a molecular marker,and based on the excitation light induced fluorescence technique of immunofluorescence.The design of the immunofluorescence test strip quantitative detection system,using immunofluorescence technique to carry on the quantitative analysis, will overcome the above shortcomings better,measurement of the concentration of causative factor(HCC) of human serum both conveniently and accuratly.In the word,the experiments prove that repeatability and stability.The design of the fluorescence immunoassay test strip quantitative detection system is divided into three parts on the content:the signal acquisition system, the data transmission system and the human-computer interaction system. The signal acquisition system with 3D optical module by self-made to collect fluorescence, use the analog circuit to amplify the signal and interference cancellation; data transmission system with the digital circuit, based on data acquisition and storage of the SCM module, cooperate with the PC(Windows tablet) appropriatly, using the method of serial port to USB communication to complete the data transmission; human-computer interaction system with C++ as a development language, SQL Server database as a background, and the modular design method, realiza of the data processing and interface design, the design not only user-friendly and easy to user operation.Through a number of repeated experiments, the results of test show that the design system can achieve the desired effect, and achieve the patient information management, more accurate measurement of solution concentration. If the patient treatment timely, this design will be able to predict the disease better, thus meet the needs of the hospital and patients.
