Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer is integral equipment in the clinical immunologic testing. In this dissertation, the author conducted extensive theoretical and experimental study on improving measurement efficiency and detection accuracy of a home-customized chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer according to the experiment requirements of the supporting reagents , which are marked by the compound isoluminol. In consideration of the characteristics of the sampling needle's movement locus, a two-stage interpolation method was adopted to enhance the system response speed and positioning accuracy, which combined with the coarse adjustment and fine adjustment. According to the system requirements of actual works, the single-axis control system of the sampling platform used the traditional control algorithm for the inner closed-loop speed control and a compound system for outer loop positioning control. This compound positioning system integrates a feedforword control (open-loop control) algorithm and a feedback control (closed-loop control) algorithm by introducing a feedforword control algorithm into a fuzzy control algorithm. A cross-coupling controller is also designed to provide additional compensation to each axis to minimize the system contour error. The detection of weak fluorescence signal is the core of the chemiluminescence immunoassay system. To reduce the counting inaccuracy induced by photons stoppage and counting loss, a nonlinear compensation method was designed to improve photon-counting efficiency. In addition, an optical transmission system for weak fluorescence signal was designed to reduce the signal loss during fluorescence light transmission. The author also performed many experiements based on the theories presented in this disserations to optimize the whole performance of the automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay system. The experiemental results demonstrated that the system features high positioning accuracy, fast response speed, and accurate detection of weak fluorescence signal detection. This work is supported by Jilin Province of China under project No. 20096011,"Development of Time-resolved Fluoroimmunoassay Autoanalyzer". The research results have been commercialized.
