With the science and technology increasingly progress, the pace of lifegradually accelerated, people pursuit of high efficiency, low consumptionin all aspects of life are also constantly improve. In chemical analysis test,the sample pretreatment technology has been the most critical step in thewhole sample analysis process. It restricts the time, efficiency and accuracyof the sample analysis process. The traditional sample pretreatmenttechnology exists time consuming, large amount organic solvent consuming andneeding elaborate operation, causeing the analyte loss and secondarypollution easily.In the present thesis we proceed from the perspective of theintelligentializing and automation of analytical instrument, usingmicrocontroller as the core, dynamic microwave-assisted extraction (DMAE)technology online-coupled solid phase extraction (SPE) technology as thetheoretical basis, we developed a full-automatic high-throughputmicrowave-assisted extraction sample pretreatment instrument, which canprovide the soution of increasing extraction yield, reducing labor intensityand the consumption of organic solvent slution. The structure of theinstrument is divided into two parts: the part of user interface and the partof pretreatment instrument. The part of user interface is the software whichwas developed based on Microsoft Windows. By using the software users cancontrol the instrument, set, save and load the sample pretreatment methodwhich suit for the instrument we developed. The part of pretreatmentinstrument was developed by using microcontroller C8051F410as the core. Thepart of pretreatment instrument can automatically process the sample withDMAE coupled SPE for purpose of enrichment and purification. After thepretreatment procedure, after simply treatment the solution we got can be detect by High Performance Liquid Chromatograph(HPLC), Gas Chromatograph(GC)and Mass Spectrometer(MS).The circuit of the instrument is designed based on the microcontrollerC8051F410presented by Silicon Laboratories Inc. Using the small size, highspeed feature of the chip, the instrument can control the microwave oven,vacuum pump, multi-peristaltic pump and multi-electromagnetic valve. Weadopt USB communication between the two parts of the instrument, whichrealized the plug and play. The the part of user interface was designed inDelphi7.0development environment, and we constructed the database by usingMicrosoft Access2000. We designed the part of pretreatment instrument byadopting modular development method. And the status of the instrument canbe check by using the four keys buttons and the LCD screen Conveniently. Theinstrument has both the rapid, reagent saving feature of DMAE and thestability, repeatability feature of SPE, which can be widely used inenvironmental analysis, drug analysis and food analysis, etc. The similarproducts hasn’t present in the market, so the instrument can providereference for the development of intelligent analytical instruments.
