The so-called intelligent transportation systems, is a variety of tools, sensors, software and communications technology combination of transportation systems, intelligent transportation systems research aim is to make the sport safer vehicles, efficient and environmentally friendly, and to improve traffic efficiency and reduce waste of resources.Things evolved rapidly in the transport sector, resulting in a new research direction is the car networking, in other words, the specific application of networking technology in the intelligent transportation is car networking, it is an important part of intelligent transportation systems, simply, car networking is by placing a large number of various types of sensors in the car or the car around and between cars and people to achieve the exchange of information between vehicles and cars.
