| With the rapid development,new energy accounts for a higher proportion in China's energy system structure in recent years.However,due to the uncertainty and volatility,a large-scale deployment of new energy brings great challenges to operation and management of power grid.Therefore,how to properly control the energy system,refine the management of the new energy industry,and improve the control to the new energy operation and the level of regional consumption are urgently needed to be resolved under the situation of energy structure transformation.Benchmarking,as a key means to enhance competitive advantage in modern enterprise management activities,is of great significance for solving the above issues.Therefore,the State Grid has launched Benchmarking on new energy field.However,the current work has issues such as the oversimple scheme and the lack of selection of the comparative company,which results in difficulties to the subsequent gap analysis and the search for causes.Furthermore,existing work mainly adopts manual processing,which not only has a low degree of automation but also is time and laborconsuming.To solve the problem of the lack of selection of the comparative company,a comprehensive evaluation based scheme for selecting the comparative company is proposed.Based on the practical situation,an index system considering the operational characteristics of new energy is established,and the applicability of different comprehensive evaluation methods in this study is analyzed.The algorithms of Analytic Hierarchy Process,Entropy Method and Gray Comprehensive Evaluation Method are implemented with Python.By using single methodology,we evaluate the operation status of new energy for each province.The rationality and existing problems of the evaluation results are analyzed.According to the theoretical defects and performance in experiments of different methods,a combined model is proposed to further improve the comprehensive evaluation plan.Finally,analyses are made on the evaluation results of the combined model and other evaluation methods.According to the above approach,we design and implement a new energy benchmarking management system based on the comprehensive evaluation.Firstly,guided by the current business requirements for new energy benchmarking,the overall structure and major functional modules of the new energy industry benchmarking system have been designed in detail.Secondly,according to the system design,web development technologies such as Django,Bootstrap,and Echarts are used to implement the new energy benchmarking platform.Finally,Django,Xadmin,and other technologies are used to implement the backend of the management system,providing important support to better carry out new energy benchmarking.The trial operation shows that our combined evaluation model can objectively select the benchmarking provinces,which is an important supplement to the new energy benchmarking.Our work has also greatly reduced the workload to people.It is of great significance to the development of benchmarking. |
