In China, since the central enterprises introduced benchmarking principle for the first time in 2008, various types of central enterprises began to carry out a comprehensive benchmarking management. The GD Power’s full benchmarking management was started in 2011. But in the face of various types of complex indicators, how to classify enterprises accurately and quickly, determine the benchmarking enterprise, and find out the gap between itself and the benchmarking enterprise, etc., which are urgent problems the GD Power faced in the benchmarking management.In the benchmarking management, the establishment of the benchmark enterprise in the enterprise management of the work has a very important position. Because before enterprise start the benchmarking management working, it must first to establish a benchmark enterprise with which to the underlying business, then reference benchmark enterprises to set benchmarking index values. Only with appropriate benchmark enterprise for benchmarking, can be improved its enterprise strength after the implementati on of the benchmarking management.Therefore, this article propose core work to promote the benchmarking management system of the GD Power. This topic research first investigate the demand of the GD Power in benchmarking management, and formed normalized requirements analysis. After clear about requirements, analyzes the choice of technology to achieve, introduces the features of ASP.NET and other technologies, then design the architecture of the system and specific function modules in detail integrally, finally achieved all the functions of the GD Power benchmarking management system.The application of benchmarking management system can provide good guidance and decision support to power enterprises in benchmarking management,it helps th e power enterprises to classify, to establish benchmark enterprise, to manage the benchmarking indicators, etc.; this system can be used to find the gaps between itself and the benchmarking enterprise in a timely manner, and it can put related information feedback to the relevant leaders, thus ensuring the efficiency of the benchmarking management, improved the informatization level of the GD Power benchmarking management, it enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. |
