Design And Realization Of Closed Loop Management And Control System For Trade Benchmarking

Trade benchmarking is one of the major tools modern enterprises adopt to enhance internal management and improve comprehensive performance, widely used in the world top 500 enterprises with great efficiency achieved. The process of benchmarking is a typical circle of PDCA, a process of comparing and assessing relative performance. Benchmarking flow is jointly controlled by benchmarking management and business management personnel. Therefore, it is a key factor for the successful promotion to benchmarking process to establish a same trade benchmarking management information system which is suitable for company actual situations and strongly operative. This is also the research area this paper focus on.This paper closely centers on the benchmarked closed loop management idea of “target- performance- assessment- diagnosis- improvement- enhancement”. It puts forward the design principles and logical structure, physical structure, business structure, data structure, technology structure and database general design for benchmarking closed loop management and control system through analysis on the business flow, functional demand and non-functional demand involved in the trade benchmarking information system and also made a detailed design and realization on each sub-system of the trade benchmarking information system separately from UI design, interface design, module design, UML class diagram and table structure, taking the functions like system management, index system management, index report and assessing sub-system, data input, generating data sheet, index statistics, China network released data analysis and interface design as examples. A specific description has been made on design’s major functions to the system. Also a introduction of core algorithm and its technical realization is introduced, with a realization and functional test made to the system as its conclusion.The design of trade benchmarking closed loop management and control information system(hereinafter referred to as trade benchmarking information system) adopts mode of the currently prevailing J2 EE system structure, which is featured with combined technical advancement and maturity, making the applications easy in developing, fixing the system with the characteristics of extendable, safe and flexible and strong concurrent processing abilities. It enables users to have a more friendly and easier operation. All original function modules are perfected optimized. It also advises that after the China network data releasing function is further perfected, it will be integrated to the new system, which helps make the functions of each module better catering to the demands of actual work.
