Design And Implementation Of Early Warning System Based On Intelligent Control Platform Of Security

The country continued to focus on the enterprise infrastructure of safety production,the factors affecting the safety of production are complex and difficult to control,from production,storage and operation to transportation.Accidents occur in our country continuously,by the production conditions,the quality of employees,management level and other factors,so it is imperative to strengthen the safety supervision of enterprises,and to do a good job early warning for security risks.Safety accidents occur mainly in the production safety hazards which are not promptly avoided,affecting the safety of production risks include the production environment,equipment and facilities,personnel behavior,safety management and other aspects.Early warning technology is the technology that,by the use of front-end data collection or the data of database,the establishment of early warning model,the early warning analysis to the qualitative or quantitative results and warning the accident caused by hidden trouble.The development of various Internet technologies provided technical supporting to early warning for safety production.Based on the above requirements and the background design,a set of early warning system is designed.According to the research of the early warning model,the J2 EE technology is used to construct the system.This system is divided into several modules according to the function of the system: the interface module of the external database and the sensor,mainly to achieve flexible access to external data;early warning analysis module,the main use of early warning rules to analysis to determine the warning degrees;early warning management module,mainly through baiduMap API technology to display and release the early warning information;the periodic warning module includes early warning model training and early warning using the model,the module uses support vector machine multi-classification to realize periodic warning.The basic information management mainly provides the information management of enterprise information and early warning rules.It is very important to build safety warning system for safety production.The system can control the safety status in the production process and make a trend judgment on the future production which has a large of social value,and ultimately makes the security risks rectification rate of 100%.
