Design And Implementation Of Police Digital Trunking System Based On PDT Standard

Twenty-first Century is the age of knowledge and technology explosion,and countless technologies that seem unimaginable to predecessors are being realized at the moment.Wireless communication technology is one of the most important key communication technologies for human beings.It is also facing new development and transformation in the new era.As an important part of the wireless communication technology,the cluster communication,especially the police cluster communication which is used to maintain social stability,has attracted more and more attention from the industry.The technology research and development,standard formulation and network construction of the new generation of police digital cluster have far-reaching impact on the development of China's cluster communication.It is of great significance.PDT(police digital trunking)standard is a new generation digital trunking communication standard,which is developed by the Ministry of Public Security and has independent intellectual property rights in China.It adopts TDMA dual time slot multiple access mode and 12.5 kHz channel interval 4FSK modulation mode.The data transmission rate is 9.6 kbit / s,which has the advantages of fast connection,high spectral efficiency,flexible networking,smooth transition from analog to digital trunking,etc.It is mainly used in the dispatch and command of public security organs.The design and implementation of the police digital cluster system based on PDT standard has laid the foundation for breaking through foreign technology monopoly,reducing the cost of terminal equipment,protecting information security better,and building a cluster system that conforms to Chinese national conditions and Chinese characteristics.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development of digital trunking system at home and abroad,and introduces the significance and structure of this paper.Then,from the aspects of technical feasibility,economic feasibility,social benefit and so on,the feasibility study of the system design is carried out.Through the analysis and demonstration of guiding ideology,requirement analysis,scale analysis and so on,the whole design of the system is discussed,and the design scheme and plan of the police digital trunking system based on PDT standard are clarified.Secondly,the advantages and characteristics of PDT standard are deeply studied.Through the research of network architecture,network link and base station construction of PDT system,the construction process and final function of police digital trunking system based on PDT standard are demonstrated.Based on the theoretical data,a general channel assignment formula is proposed.Thirdly,this paper demonstrates the importance of developing fusion communication.Through the example of innovative fusion and docking between PDT system and other systems,it shows the advanced achievements of PDT system in fusion communication.It is of great significance to the development of wireless communication technology of public security organs based on actual combat.Based on the research of the broadband band fusion system,an integrated solution of the broadband band fusion system based on LTE vehicle base station is proposed.The video return problem in various application scenarios is solved without the establishment of a broadband private network.Finally,this paper discusses the development trend of the future public security wireless communication,and emphasizes the inevitability of the development from narrowband digital trunking system to broadband digital trunking system.Under the premise of the integrated solution of broadband and narrowband fusion system,the construction scale is expanded step by step untilthe LTE broadband private network with complete coverage is established.The technical scheme and examples analyzed in this paper are of great reference value to other brother units of 350 M police digital trunking system that have not been built in the whole country.
