Design And Implementation Of Electronic Supervision System For Official Consumption

With the continuous development of information technology,some places have established the online operation system of official consumption.In order to better adapt to the situation,use modern computer technology to standardize official consumption behavior,and establish a long-term mechanism for the supervision of official consumption,discipline inspection and supervision agencies need to establish an electronic supervision system corresponding to the official consumption business system to stifle corruption in the bud,solve at the source,and effectively standardize the operation and supervision of official consumption business.This thesis designs and implements an electronic supervision system for official consumption.It is based on the data of official consumption business system,collects and processes the official consumption data to establishes the supervision database,and then analyzes the data according the corresponding rules and regulations,discovers the early warning,forms the early warning database,and sends the warning to the corresponding discipline inspection and supervision agencies to supervise and handle.The system can achieve the regulatory objectives of all the official consumption real-time monitoring,early warning automatic error correction,and timely supervise and handle.This thesis introduces the related technologies used in the system,such as the three layer architecture of J2 EE,SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture),database and so on,analyzes the requirements of the system from the aspects of security,function,performance,data and hardware and software environment;designs the system based on the requirement analysis;displays main functions realization effect,and the cases and results of testing system function and performance.The trial operation of the developed system is good.The research result of this thesis has the remarkable social significance.The practice of official consumption is advantageous to the extension of electronic supervision to the administrative power,the official resources,the huimin policy implementation and so on.It is also advantageous to the work carrier and the mechanism unceasing innovation,and promotes comprehensive electronic supervision to develop in depth according to the idea of accurate supervising symptom and managing source to get a permanent cure.
