E-government, Isolate Network-based Information Exchange System

Electronic Government System is the request of modern office work and management. It enormously raised efficiency and saved cost, but it still faces the challenge of security. Different from other systems, E-Government has a high requirement to security and secrecy, so the physical isolated network has been applied to E-Government system. But in the meantime, it interdicts the communication of some useful information. How to keep away harmful data and get through useful data? It' s an imperative problem needs to be solved.This article is based upon above requirement of E-Government which build on physical isolated network, and designed a type of data exchange system between isolated networks. It provides a plan of a data communicate system, which is small-sized, can be used for medium or small scaled E-Government network. It ensures the useful data can transport, but inner-net is not directly in connection with outer-net.Compare with general net-strobe produce, this system not only satisfied the security requirement, but also has many advantages, such as low-cost, practical, easy to move, easy to transplant, so it has an high application value. This system is prepared use in the project of electronic government system for Jining Scientific and Technical Bureau. For the future, it will connect to the Scientific and Technical Bureaus of Jining counties and checkout the practical effect.
