With the rapid development of information technology,the use of network technology is more and more deepened,a variety of fine management software is initially improved.At the same time,the development of society requires all departments and units to change from paper to paper to electronic and intelligent.At present,the procurement management system of teaching equipment in Colleges and universities in our country is carried out in different departments and departments at different levels,lacking unified planning and independent.The teaching equipment procurement management system has been built in different modes,and even some conflicts exist.This makes the system difficult to compatible,data resources are difficult to share,resulting in a huge waste of administrative resources and administrative costs.The teaching equipment purchasing management system provides a safe and reliable data storage center,which can effectively reduce the security risk of teaching equipment purchasing information resources,and reduce the error of statistical data.This thesis designs a management system based on B/S(Browser/Server)mode.This thesis also analyzes the background and the significance of the management system,and identifies the characteristics of the system and the major problems remained to be addressed via requirement analysis.This system uses the software development method,uses the object-oriented design idea,combined with the UML modeling method carries on the comprehensive business analysis and the system design.The demand analysis of the teaching equipment procurement management system,use case diagram to describe the system function;then the design of the system function,and function design database structure according to the procurement of teaching equipment management system architecture design and system implementation;finally completed the system testing process,analysis of test results.Schools which use the system procurement and managemenfi personnel can timely and accurately manage the teaching equipment procurement,also can save a lot of manpower and material resources,which improves the work efficiency.
