Nowadays,as the telecom service develops,the Telecom marketing business volume becomes bigger and bigger.In order to improve efficiency,automated IT tools is going to replace human to deal with the distribution and co-ordination of business.The city branch of China Telecom Corporation will generate the service sales recommendation list based on previous Customer's consumption situation every month.However,due to service accepting office and extension office are not in the same district,the service sales recommendation list cannot be assigned to service accepting office directly.Therefore,huge sales data must be handled by the city branch company to assign to each sales unit.The service volume of China telecom of Jiangsu province is above millions per month,plenty of human selection of SQL data need handwork handling with low efficiencyBased on requirements above,this thesis designs and realizes automatic marketing-task-assignment system.It is designed with JAVA MVC framework.The system can automatically generate huge data selection by the strategy engine module in order to assign to each sales unit.It is an automatic marketing task assignment system.Firstly,this thesis analyzes and designs the software framework of the system based on the user requirements.Secondly,it clarifies the core algorithm of this system,Strategy Engine Module.The algorithm uses the concept of map to associate the relation of each data in the sales unit in order to realize the data selection.Finally this thesis analyzes the database model and verifies the final results of this system.
