The intervention of the Internet has brought about a big change in the book market in China.The book products that enter the market and the information that buyers can obtain are increasing,and the audience's attention to the products is gradually reduced.How to obtain readers' attention through marketing and then generate consumer behavior has become the top priority of publishing units.Because professional publishing units are often constrained by many factors such as manpower,material resources,financial resources,etc.,there are insufficient analysis of the book marketing environment,and the analysis of market channels and methods,so that their marketing planning and propaganda methods are backward.It also hinders the circulation of high-quality books to target readers and affects the development of publishing units.This article takes Posts&Telecom Press as the research object,and analyzes its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats on the basis of analyzing the overall situation of the computer book market,and then analyzes its implementation of marketing strategies.It is found that the marketing strategy implemented by the Posts&Telecom Press always focuses on the readers and obtains social benefits and market benefits.In terms of products,we began to explore the variety of books and form brands around the depth and breadth of computer books,and gained recognition from the audience.In terms of price,high pricing is in parallel with low discounts,maintaining its own brand while meeting the psychological needs of consumers.In terms of channels,channels are adjusted according to market rules,so that publications can be quickly and widely flowed to target audiences.In terms of promotion,the use of the Internet to continually explore new promotional channels and methods,and adapt to suitable conditions,so that promotions are more targeted.The author believes that in the long-term marketing process,the new technology and new channels to maintain tolerance,market-oriented,reader-centered,high-quality computer books,actively face the market,implement marketing strategies,is The key to the long-term leadership of the Posts&Telecom Press.It is also the direction of future professional publishing unit marketing.
