In recent years,our country's telecommunication networks are constantly upgraded,andnow hasentered the 4g era.The comprehensive coverage and development of the 4G communication network have created new opportunities for the development of various areas of society.In the era of 4g,clients' requirements have changed a lot:people pursue the experience of entertainment,emotion,efficiency,and experience,andthis is both an opportunity and a challenge for operators.How to satisfy the needs of the customers has become the core direction of the develoment of technology,market and innovation.To meet customer needs and market environment changes and to meet current innovation requirements,China telecom isconstantly improvingit's management methods activelyto adapt to the current market environment and for the sustainable development of the follow-up better.On February 27,2015,China telecom finally got the fdd-lte license,and started the 4g business?4G network construction and the development of business has become the mainstream of China telecom's workin recent years.However,in recent years,information technology isdeveloping more and more fast,and the importance of "Internet +" in the national economic is becoming more and more prominent,and because of the previous policy inclination,it's no doubt that China mobile get the first in the development of 4 g.Although China telecom's 4G business does well in the past two years,it is facing a competitive market environment,China telecom still need to focus on their own condition and the dynamic changes of the environmentand continuously improve their own management and operationfor the sustainable development.This article focus on the China's telecom's management,and take DaLi Telecom Company in Yunnan as the example,discussing the oeration and management from the strategic,the financial,the marketand the performance evaluation.Integratedly useliterature analysis methods,data analysis and the balanced scorecard and other methods to analysis the current management of telecom company in 4 g business and give some suggestions.
