Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Method Of Operation Quality Of Power Communication Optical Transmission Network

As the backbone network of electric power communication network,optical transmission network provides the guarantee for the security,stability and economical operation of the grid.Improve the index system of operation quality on transmission network and enhance the practicality of the evaluation index are conducive to improve the efficiency of power communication network.Accordingly,the research on quality evaluation of electric power communication network is carried out focused on power optical transmission network.The paper analyzes the current research achievements,absorbs the experiences on operation quality evaluation.Based on the characteristics of the electric power communication,the basic framework of the operation quality index system is established.The evaluation of the operation quality and management effectiveness is carried out by using the extenics evaluation model and the data envelopment analysis.Focused on the operation characteristics and maintenance requirements of the power communication network,the index system that covers network health,service quality,network repair ability,network survivability and network expansibility is established,the evaluation model of operation quality is designed based on extenics theory.Based on the operation and maintenance target of the power communication network,the factors affecting the operation and maintenance effectiveness are analyzed,and the data envelopment analysis method is used to construct the operation and maintenance effectiveness analysis model.The example analysis indicates that the operational quality evaluation model based on the extenics evaluation method can effectively reflect the operation of the network and conduce to detecting the fragile links of the communication network in time.The analysis of operational efficiency based on data envelopment analysis can provide the relative effective management plan for the maintenance personnel,which is conducive to raise the management level and improve the operation of the network.The results of the paper are of practical significance to the management of the electric power communication,which can provide reference for the production and management of electric power communication and management.
