| In order to speed up the construction of urbanization and improve the comprehensive level of social governance,Ganzhou Telecom completed the construction of the high-definition intelligent video monitoring system(Skynet project)according to the unified planning and standards.A lot of new video monitoring system were build through the city including all key roads,public places,government departments,and the areas with more case.These existing video monitoring are reformed and integrated.A large monitoring and management platform to form an interconnection and mutual control of public security organs in the city is constructed.To Achieve both the unified command and the cooperative scheduling with viewing or controlling a different range of front-end monitoring points based on different permissions,a monitoring network with full coverage of video in the key area of the city will be forming.According to the needs of users,combined with the status quo of Ganzhou telecom network,and consulting related documents and standards,we design the Ganzhou Telecom Skynet video monitoring system and related implementation plan,which is used to guide the current project construction.Firstly,according to the background,content and requirement analysis of Ganzhou skyline project,the construction contents and principles of Ganzhou Telecom Skynet video monitoring system are summarized.Secondly,the overall and the logic structure of Ganzhou Telecom Skynet video monitoring system is designed.Thirdly,the design of the video monitoring system of cloud storage in detail is shown.As well as the front-end design and implementation of the video monitoring system is introduced.Lastly,the business functions implementation of the whole system is focused on.This system that we designed has strong practical operability,and can provide support for the construction of Ganzhou urban Skynet monitoring and control system. |
