| As people enter a new era of Internet technology,with the emergence of the Skynet project and the gradual popularization of high-definition video surveillance technology,the processing,utilization and analysis of video surveillance technology combined with big data are becoming more and more important in the work of public security investigation technology.In the event of an accident,the use of the high-definition Skynet video surveillance system can quickly respond to strikes with precision,and build an urban social security prevention and control system through more modern scientific and technological means to improve the comprehensive management and management capabilities of social security.The Skynet project has become a public security the main direction of future development of video surveillance.Based on the analysis of video surveillance requirements in Nanchang City,this paper plans the Nanchang Skynet video surveillance networking system based on front-end sensing equipment,which provides reliable technical support for timely response and handling of criminal cases,public security cases,traffic violations,and urban management violations.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,plan the front-end perception system.The "dot grid stretchcircle" front-end construction is "woven" into a monitoring network for a safe city;the layers are closed to ensure that no matter what Wherever the suspect escapes,the police can follow the "grid line" to quickly track the suspect’s escape path.Secondly,this paper designs the Internet social video access platform and the Skynet sharing function platform.The Internet social video access platform mainly realizes the integrated access of various social video and image resources,while the Skynet sharing function platform mainly accesses this time.The constructed high-definition video front-end perception equipment and social video resources provide real-time perception,video patrol,video playback,capture and recording,large-screen management and control,video encryption,remote control,alarm management,and bayonet query for various application systems and users,vehicle analysis and other functions.In addition,portrait video image analysis analyzes front-end video images such as portrait bayonet,micro card,etc.,to generate structured data,feature values,and pictures;Cloud storage technology is used for data processing and storage to achieve unified allocation,unified management and centralized deployment of storage resources.Finally,this paper designs the network system and security system for the whole system planning,makes full use of the existing optical fiber resources in the city,builds the Nanchang city public safety video private network,comprehensively improves the video image information transmission and exchange capabilities,and is used for the application of high-definition video surveillance systems.Provide an efficient,fast,safe and stable information transmission channel;the security system adopts a layered control scheme,and different security technical measures are taken for each part improves the overall security level of the system and ensures the "full control" of video image information,so that important video image information is not out of control,and sensitive video image information is not leaked. |
