One of the necessary conditions of strategic equipment is the long term combat readiness duty.In the composition of equipment parts and components,aluminum electrolytic capacitors and photoelectric coupler is the key of the power components and component data transmission device,for the important task of po wer supply from the data transmission equipment.The performance of aluminum electrolytic capacitance and photocoupler will directly affect the overall performance of the equipment during long duty.Therefore,long-term charging case of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor and the parameters of photoelectric coupler degradation situation provides design reference for equipment design phase and equipment maintenance repair advice is of great significance.The degenerate parameter measurement and degenerate st ate modeling of electrolytic capacitance and photocoupler are studied in this paper.Based on the analysis of electrolytic capacitor and the degradation mechanism of photoelectric coupler,based on the working state and determines the measuring scheme of t wo kinds of devices,because of the working state of the electrolytic capacitors for capacitor charging and discharging process,its working condition is complicated,so this article use different frequency square wave of electrolytic capacitor charging and discharging experiments,simulate the different working conditions of the electrolytic capacitor,electrolytic capacitor in degradation under different working conditions;The working condition of photoelectric coupler is relatively simple.In this paper,temperature is taken as the accelerating stress of accelerated degradation experiment to study the degradation of photoelectric coupler under continuous charging.In order to measure the degradation parameters of electrolytic capacitanc e and photoelectric coupler,capacitance value and current transmission ratio,an automatic measurement system is built based on Lab Windows/CVI.The characteristic parameters of electrolytic capacitance and photocoupler are obtained through one-month data collection.For electrolytic degradation data,this paper USES the polynomial fitting with the method of discrete grey theory model is analyzed,finally got the electrolytic capacitor under different working conditions of degradation state model,and calculated the relative degradation of electrolytic capacitor continuous work for a year;In view of the characteristic parameters of photoelectric coupler by polynomial fitting and regression analysis methods of the degradation parameter and the relationship between temperature,and thus establish a photoelectric coupler work at 20? degradation state model,and photoelectric coupler have been obtained in 20? under the environment of relative degradation of continuous work for a year.
