With the increasing degree of industrial automation,the requirements for data transmission speed and accuracy have become increasingly stringent in industrial production processes,which has made the need for mobile remote monitoring more and more urgent.This paper proposes a OPC-UA-based mobile remote monitoring design,and successfully applied it to mobile remote monitoring of diesel hydrogenation training system.It breaks through the limitations of current OPC technology data communication platform,which provides remote Monitoring provides a proven solution.The main content of this article is divided into the following sections:Firstly,the key parameters affecting the production,quality and safety of the products produced by the diesel hydrogenation process are analyzed from the process,and the process is used as the monitoring and control point of the mobile monitoring software.Then the overall framework of the mobile monitoring is designed based on the features of the diesel hydrogenation training system..Next,this paper establishes a mobile monitoring software structure model and designs a UML class diagram.The sequence diagram is established through a graphical way to describe the dynamic behavior of the interaction between software running process objects.Then,this article realizes the OPC-UA abstract service and establishes the information exchange between the mobile monitoring software and the OPC-UA server.This realizes the data acquisition of the lower computer by the mobile terminal,and then realizes mobile remote monitoring.Next,this article uses multi-threading technology to achieve real-time updates of monitoring data.At the same time,through the operation of the SQLite database to achieve automatic storage of historical records,which can be presented through the curve;In addition,for the shortcomings of a single native control function can not meet the development needs,this article develops a custom image control and draw pipeline features a good satisfaction Mobile terminal configuration development requirements to complete the self-configuration of mobile devices.Finally,the mobile monitoring software is applied to the diesel hydrogenation training system,and the black box test is used to verify the software function.After data comparison,the validity of the software is verified and the industrial monitoring standard can be achieved,which provides a feasible method for mobile remote monitoring design.
