| With the application of PLC technology in the field of industrial control, some of the PLC related courses gradually become the basic course of Engineering Colleges and universities. PLC courses not only to enable students to learn the basic principles of PLC, but also to cultivate students’ practical ability to operate, so PLC experimental teaching has become an important part of PLC teaching. However, the laboratory should establish a complete set of PLC experimental platform, by factors of space and funds and other restrictions in the choice of the object will encounter some problems, can not meet the needs of the experiment.Paper first analyses the current domestic PLC experiment teaching present situation, developed based on the experiment platform of the electrical control system of monitoring configuration software. Secondly, the three-phase asynchronous motor reversing control, three-phase asynchronous motor reverse brake control, dynamic braking control three-phase asynchronous motors, three-phase asynchronous motor Y- Δ buck start control, grinding machine control system, stone sawing machine control system and centrifugal water pump control system is designed, designed the main circuit, control circuit, PLC external wiring diagram, PLC program control chart, touch screen interface and configuration text display interface, etc. Finally, the configuration interface of engineering design, variable data connection setup and animation design, design of electrical control experimental platform configuration screen, to achieve the various actions required for the process control system to achieve the desired effect.Based on the electrical control configuration software to establish experimental platform, Colleges and Universities PLC experimental courses difficult issue has been resolved, help to stimulate students’ interest in learning, to enhance teaching effectiveness, to better meet the Experimental College Course PLC. |
