With the rapid development of information technology,we have entered the 4G era.Furthermore,information technology promotes the development of mobile terminal technology.Oriented around Android and IOS,Mobile Application Software has penetrated into all walks of life.Mobile Application Software has many advantages,such as low cost,high efficiency and widely used,which can be easily accepted and used by people.Headed by WeChat in our country,the mobile application software has gained a large number of users.It is a platform that gathers mobile payment and content delivery,which has great impact on our lives,and it has become an indispensable application software.Under this background,with the help of WeChat public platform,chain catering was introduced to the new model of O2 O.Chain catering industry combines with the marketing and management of Internet,which brings the increasing users and a new industry pattern.It is the inevitable trend of industrial upgrading.After theoretical research and technical-feasible analysis,basing on WeChat public platform,the author uses the WeChat public platform's API interface to design and develop the chain catering management system.Meanwhile,the author uses the method of software engineering,which includes the system requirements analysis,outline design,detailed design and so on,to introduce the system.Also,the key interfaces and charts are described for the system.The functions of this system are as follows:1.Chain catering can set up a number of stores into the system.The platform manager can assigns different managers to each store.Manager can log backstage,edit their own store's information,manage menu,manage order,and manage fans;2.After following the WeChat public account,subscribers would become the fans of the WeChat public Account.They can click the menu in the WeChat to choose the relevant function.The functions are as following: reserve a table,scan an QR code to order,takeout order,online queue,online payment,deposit drinks,manage personal information and manage orders and so on.Using WeChat's breadth and range of the user's convenience,we can free businesses from the traditional Regional Food and Beverage Industries limited.Furthermore,we can build a platform that provides real-time ordering to users.In addition,chain catering can release an article through the WeChat public platform,allowing users to understand the promotional information,catering culture and other information.This also enhance the enterprise's brand publicity.At the same time,the system supports multi-store catering chain management and can manage a number of stores,which include store manage,menu manage,table manage,intelligent recommendation manage and so on.This system greatly facilitate the management of catering chain.
