| Wechat public platform is very popular since its launch, providing a low-cost and low-threshold way to interact with users, and businesses are eager to have added to the Wechat public platform. With the development and open of the platform, it connects the various service of users’ lives, especially in catering service which could combine Wechat public platform highlight its functional value. But the combination of Wechat public platform and catering service is still in its infancy, as the achievement of the functional requirements of slightly lacks in the user experience. Furthermore, the research of the design of Wechat public platform is short of valuable research.For the vacancy of Wechat public platform design, this thesis is rooting in design perspective and research on design strategies and methods of the Wechat public platform of catering service, to explore and build its good experience. Firstly, analyze the status of catering services applications and Wechat public platform to understand their combination as a whole. Through the theory of the user experience design elements and product interaction system, analyze the current catering service Wechat public platform and summarize its design elements as service processes, interaction user interface and content service. Then analyze them one by one. In third chapter, interview stakeholders and analyze two typical catering service Wechat public platform, mining the problems of user experience in the combination of catering service and Wechat public platform, and by the user survey research, output the user needs of catering service Wechat public platform and mining design opportunities point. The fourth chapter, from every detail of the Wechat public platform touchpoint of catering services, apply microinteraction design bottom-up approach to the design of catering service Wechat public platform, combining with design strategies of service processes, interface and content experience. Finally, in order to verify the design methods and strategies proposed in this paper, to select Dazui as object to execute design practice. At first sort out the catering service processes, combining the result of former chapter and output a detailed microinteractive map, a list of functional requirements for microinteraction and the design of the prototype.The combination of catering service and Wechat public platform not only reflects in the value of catering services to enhance user experience, but makes the service process more fluid, also offers an interactive and user-friendly way to save costs and improve the business model to the management of the restaurant. |
