With the rapid development of domestic surgery technology,the demand for technology in various industries and fields is becoming higher and higher,and technology has gradually developed to high degree of automation and higher precision.The method of measuring the volume of heterogeneous space still stays in the traditional detection methods,including geometric measurement,water injection quality detection and camera measurement.However,these methods can not meet the requirements of the heterogeneous space volume detection in some special fields because of the low accuracy and the irregularity of the heterogeneous space.Therefore,it is necessary to study the principle and system design of the isomeric space volume detection,and design a kind of detection system with simple operation,strong practicality and high precision.In this paper,the principle of laser ranging and quality detection is analyzed,and triangular reflection is chosen as the laser range finding method and the resistance strain method is used as the quality detection method.By studying the working principle of multi-sensor data fusion,a heterogeneous space volume detection system based on multi-sensor data fusion is designed.The system is mainly composed of upper computer,lifting platform,electronic control rotating platform,TMS320F2812 controller,driver,step motor,laser range finder sensor and quality detection sensor.In this paper,the work piece is scanned with a lifting platform and an electronic control rotating platform,in which the TMS320F2812 controller drives the laser range sensor on the lifting platform to step up and scan the workpiece through the control of the stepping motor,and the electronic control rotating platform is used to drive the step rotation of the workpiece to rotate 360 degrees,thus the laser range finder sensor will be used.The distance and angle information are fed back to the upper computer.At the same time,the quality detection sensor can feed the quality information of the heterogeneous space to the upper computer through the TMS320F2812 controller.The upper computer combines the feedback information of the laser range finder and the quality detection sensor to the 3D reconstruction modeling of the heterogeneous space,thus obtaining the volume.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by OpenGL simulation and physical experiment.The test results show that the volume of the workpiece is detected by the multi-sensor data fusion detection system.After comparing with the water injection weighing method,the calculated volume error of the workpiece is within 12 ml.The detection method has the characteristics of simple operation,high practicability and high accuracy,and has good application prospects.
