In recent years,with the continuous progress of science and technology,People's demand for automation in various industries and fields is getting higher and higher.The measurement of the heap(such as mine and the material heap of wharf),an important technology in the field of national production,has been improved and developed.The traditional measurement method is not only inefficient,but also the security of the personnel will be threatened for the mine where the geographical environment is more complex.To solve these problems,this paper presents a sensing system based on the principle of laser ranging,which can be used in the measurement of large mines and intelligent mining system.The measurement speed of single sensor is slower than that of multi sensor.Therefore,this paper will use multi-sensor fusion positioning technology,so that the target data is acquired faster and more accurately,the main work is as follows:(1)A variety of laser ranging schemes are studied and compared,According to the application,the system is designed,including the laser driver circuit,the preamplifier circuit,the main amplifier circuit and the time measurement circuit,analysis of the factors that affect the ranging error,selecting the appropriate device and design scheme.(2)The land-based navigation and positioning system and the satellite-based navigation and positioning system are analyzed,and the GPS positioning system are selected for integration with ranging sensor system.According to the principle and characteristics of GPS positioning system and ranging sensor system,the two systems are merged together to form a GPS laser ranging sensor system,and the sub-modules of the sensor positioning system are designed.(3)The system design of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)equipped with GPS laser ranging sensor system is completed,and it is used to measure the mine and other materials.Dimensional measurement and data processing of UAV airborne GPS laser ranging sensor system are studied.The measurement system proposed in this paper has important theoretical and practical significance,and it has wide application prospect in the fields of mine surveying and stacking measurement.
