With the rapid development of network technology and the increasing heterogeneity of mobile terminal equipment,the demand for video service is becoming more and more high.The video quality of the base has been upgraded to the ultra clear and blue light,which has raised more and more requirements for wireless networks.With the increasing diversity of the mobile terminal,the traditional streaming media scheme can not meet the needs of the current video service.Therefore,this paper combines the scalable video coding with DASH technology,and combines the mixed number coding technology and DASH technology,and proposes a new streaming media transmission scheme.This paper proposes a streaming media solution combining scalable video coding technology with DASH technology,mainly improving the traditional DASH technology.The traditional DASH technology uses the H.264 video coding technology at the media coding end.In this paper,considering the characteristics of DASH technology,that is,DASH technology itself belongs to the layered transmission technology,so it is also more suitable for the layered coding technology.In this paper,the original H.264 video coding technology of DASH technology is replaced by the scalable video coding technology.The client is developed by GPAC Osmo4 player,in a wireless network environment for the system of broadcast control testing,test results show that,compared with the traditional streaming media,streaming media system in this paper does not need to manually switch the HD video or SD video,which is by the client automatically select switch,give full play to the advantages of DASH technology.Experimental results show that the streaming media system is proposed in this paper does not appear Caton in the case of changes in the network,and further reflects the new generation of DASH streaming media system and has good application.Secondly,a streaming media transmission scheme based on HDA and DASH is proposed.In order to further improve the user experience and the fluency of video playback,the scheme uses a mixed mode encoding in the video coding section.In the video encoding,this paper uses a relatively large QP video source encoding into a poor quality of some of the stream to the basic layer composition of media data,then the original video sequence and video sequence of the basic layer to do a subtraction,the difference will be simulated as the media data enhancement layer.This allows users to improve their video quality by selecting the enhanced layer flexibly according to their own network conditions.Under the changing network conditions,users can also download basic media data under the worst network conditions.If the network conditions are improved,users can download the media data of the enhancement layer to improve the video quality.The HDA-DASH scheme proposed in this paper is simulated on the MATLAB platform.The experimental results show that the transmission performance of the proposed streaming media scheme is much higher than that of the traditional DASH streaming media solution.
